Go to For Users and choose the plan that best fits your needs. You can choose between Individual or Family plans. After choosing, click Subscribe to this Plan and complete your registration.
We offer Individual and Family plans. Each plan includes a monthly amount of credits that you use to book activities (gyms, studios, clinics, etc.). Family plans have a larger credit pool (shared by up to 4 people) and are ideal for those who want to share the benefit with family members. Individual plans are for personal use.
Each Agilpass plan gives you a set number of credits per month. When you book an activity (class, appointment, workout, etc.), you spend some of those credits — the credit cost varies by activity and is set by the platform. Your credit balance renews at the start of each billing cycle (the date you subscribed). Unused credits do not carry over to the next month. On the For Users page you can see how many credits each plan includes.
No! There is no commitment period. You can cancel your plan at any time with no penalties or additional fees.
The Family plan lets you add up to 3 dependents in addition to the account holder (up to 4 people total). Everyone shares the same monthly credit pool — meaning any booking made by the account holder or a dependent is deducted from the same balance. The Family plan offers a larger credit volume than Individual (roughly 3× the Individual plan of the same tier), so the whole family can use it. The account holder is responsible for payment and plan management.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The change will take effect on your next billing cycle. Go to My Plans in your account area to manage your plan.
After subscribing to a plan, you can search for venues on the platform, choose the activity you want, and book directly on the website or app. Each activity has a credit cost (shown at the time of booking); the amount is deducted from your monthly balance. You will receive a check-in code to present at the venue on the scheduled day.
If the booking is cancelled (by the venue or by you, in accordance with the cancellation policy), the credits are returned to your balance. You do not lose the credits for that booking and can use them for another activity in the same period.
We accept credit and debit cards. Payment is monthly and recurring, making continuous use of the platform easy.
You have access to the entire Agilpass partner network. The number of visits you can make per month depends on your plan's credits: each booking consumes credits according to the activity. Plans with more credits allow more bookings (or higher-cost activities). Basic plans give access to hundreds of venues; premium plans, to thousands.
You can cancel your plan at any time through your account area, under My Plans. Cancellation is immediate and you will retain access until the end of the already-paid period. There are no penalties or cancellation fees.
To register, the company you work for must offer Agilpass to employees. If your company is already part of Agilpass, request the Activation Code from your HR and go to Get Started > Employees and proceed with your registration.
It is not possible to use Agilpass as an individual. We are a corporate benefit, available only to employees of partner companies. To be eligible for Agilpass plans, your company must offer our services as a benefit.
After booking the desired activity, on the day of your visit you must provide the generated check-in code to the venue reception.
No. There is no commitment period. You subscribe and can cancel at any time.
As soon as you book the desired activity, a code will be generated. You must provide this code to the reception so your entry is confirmed.

Plans are co-participatory: the company pays a fixed monthly subscription. Employees then choose from 9 subscription plans that best suit them and can cancel at any time with no commitment.

Go to For Businesses > Register Your Business and proceed with your business registration. Don't forget to add the activities your business offers so clients can book them.
It depends on who booked the activity:
Private clients (who booked directly, without an Agilpass plan): payment is made by the client to your business. You receive 100% of the activity price you set.
Subscriber clients (who have an Agilpass plan): Agilpass pays the business 70% of the activity value. The activity price is set by you during registration.
Withdrawal can be requested 30 days after the check-in.
Unlimited! You can register all your professionals — there is no limit!
Yes! You can register multiple units across all your businesses and manage everything in one place together with your professionals.
