When purchasing an Agilpass subscription, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.

We implement security measures to protect your information. We adopt IT governance and security best practices in partnership with AWS, the world's largest cloud computing service, which ensure security and high availability.

5. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights related to our services are the exclusive property of AgilPass. You agree not to reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without authorization.

6. Governing Law:

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Brazil and any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Rio de Janeiro. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Non-compliance may result in termination of access to our services.
