Instructor & Format: Hello! My name is Maya - I am a RYT-200 and CPR-certified yogi based in Allen, Texas! I am available as a traveling yogi- so I can come to your office, park, or other sacred space and lead a group yoga class! No experience needed, and no age/balance/flexibility requirements; all are welcome!
Materials: I do not have my own studio, nor do I supply class materials (mats, towels, essential oils, etc) besides a speaker and music. All students are expected to be properly clothed (comfortable attire to allow for free movement) and with some type of mat to practice on. Small towels recommended, no socks or shoes needed.
Cost: Travel fee subject to class location. If you prefer I supply mats, towels, etc. for your class’s needs, a material fee will be applied.
