I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, with a focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and creating a calm, supportive space for all levels. An additional option for ones open to it is faith-based, including gentle movement, biblical scripture reflection, and prayer for those who wish to integrate their spiritual practice. Classes are designed to be immersive, grounded and focused on flexibility, strength, and inner balance.
